Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer - Gravitate (Remote) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Position Summary

Our Salesforce Developers are the backbone of our Salesforce Services business. They take the client requirements and turn them into tangible results. They work with Project Managers, Salesforce Consultants, and clients to ensure satisfaction across the board. They work diligently to ensure work is delivered in a timely and accurate manner, through expertise, proper communication, and strong time management skills.


A Day in the Life

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within the Salesforce platform and products
  • Develop, test, and document custom configurations, enhancements, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform
  • Complete a variety of tasks in any given day, including both traditional Salesforce Administration and Developer tasks
  • Work directly with clients to ensure proper implementation and successful delivery of client goals


We are looking for someone who brings

  • 1 - 2 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience
  • Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or Developer Certifications
  • Proficiency in a variety of Salesforce features including, but not limited to:
    • Creating custom objects and fields
    • Flows
    • Process Builder
    • Validation Rules
    • SOQL query language
    • Visual Force pages
    • Custom Apex Controllers
    • Salesforce security features
  • Development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
  • Object-oriented programming and experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Consulting experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience working with associations or non-profit organizations and AMS or CRM platforms a plus
  • Experience working with Nimble AMS and/or Fonteva Salesforce application platforms a plus
