The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM), OneStream, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce. The Team tackles the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

The Work
- Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements.
- Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients.
- Leading business and technical grooming for requirements and managing the end solution, optimizing Salesforce.
- Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
- Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project.
- Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
- Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas - Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workaround - Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing then documenting fixes - Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more responsibility.
- Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
- Help to shape the direction of a growing Salesforce practice.
- Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices.
Here's What You Need
- 5+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience.
- 3+ full life cycle Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with at least two of the following cloud applications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud.
- Certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms.
- Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC).
- 2+ years of leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.
- Great work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).
- At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement).
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
- Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.

- You have experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
- You have experience being responsible for multi-shore projects.
- You have demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 10 people.
- You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships.
- You have used Source Code or Deployment/Migration tools.
- You have experience with architecture OR design activities.
- You have experience with Data Migration.
Compensation

Salary is determined by experience, education and certifications; Managers typically earn annualized base salary between $120 -170K, with a variety of incentive compensation opportunities to reward top performance and business development success.
