Duration: 06 months
Position Summary:
Candidate needs to have a production support background with an application from an L3 perspective. In addition, an understanding of commercial credit and nCino/Salesforce hands on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 support for critical commercial credit applications, including nCino or Salesforce, to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Experience in L3 production support for critical applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
- Can provide L3 support
- Knowledge of nCino or Salesforce
