Job Description: South East Roofing And Gutters is on the rise over the past 20 years. We're expanding our areas of operations continuously, and always providing high quality services to our customers. Here, our services provided are not only roof repairs, but other remodeling services included. We are seeking individuals that are ready to take their sales experience to another level with our sales opportunity.
-Your role in this position:
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Performing Door-to-door sales *Main Objective*
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer/Knowledge questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Able to handle questions and take lead on setting up appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries with active listening to select best choice and solution for them
-Salary: Sales Commission based; Bonuses
