Associate Program:
Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Our Associates work with our dedicated service providers to grow into a career hairdresser. The salon provides an evironment for growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to be trained and coached.
You will learn:
- Daily Goal Setting
- Guest Services
- Front Desk Procedures
- Product Knowledge
- Color Application Techniques
- Basic Cutting Techniques
- Shampooing
- Color Mixing
- Confidence Behind The Chair
Job Duties:
- Daily tracking
- Maintain a cleanly station
- Assit in color mixing
- Assist in washing
- Attend all education events and staff meetings
- Daily debrief and clean up
- Assist with washing/folding towels in down time
Requirements:
- Must have completed cosmetology school or be completing in the near future
- Daytime availability
