Likewize is searching for a Same Unit Repair Analyst to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
This an entry level position and a great opportunity to learn the device protection and support industry. We will train!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Same Unit Repair operations are executed successfully.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Same Unit Repair operations are executed successfully.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage daily SUR emails and inquiries.
- Work with the Care and Customer Success Teams to support any customer escalations.
- Attend Bi-Weekly Repair Vendor Meetings.
- Lead discussion on supplier metrics.
- Review supplier performance on repairs (costs, volume, TAT) and NPS before each meeting and be prepared to discuss what is working well as well as opportunities to improve
- Log supplier issues noted in each meeting
- Monitor Cost of Goods (COGS) and Average Equipment Cost to ensure goals for budget are met
- Seek opportunities to drive down AEC by leveraging SUR fulfillment and ensuring Repair Vendor invoices are accurate
- Track invoices submitted vs invoices pre-approved by supplier
- Reconcile SUR invoices submitted by suppliers and pre-approve
- Explore opportunities to make this a less manual and time consuming process
- Leverage AP Team, ERP systems to standardize the process
- Organize all SOPs and recordings and create an index
- Identify any additional processes to be documented and complete
- Mastery of Insight and Power BI Dashboards to understand state of the current business by repair shop and for key customers.
- Seek opportunities to automate reports that provide insight and allow us to make better business decisions.
- Review NPS data in Medallia to better understand the customer experience
- Use NPS data to drive Repair Vendor performance.
Requirements/Skills

- Bachelors degree in business or liberal arts.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- 1-2 years experience is preferred.
- The ability to collaborate with all levels, identify problems and propose solutions.
