Title: SAP EWM Analyst - (Digital Manufacturing Focus)
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: 18 Months

Job Description:

• This position is a member of the Digital Manufacturing Team and contributes to solutions matching the vision the DM product suite's business functionality or technical landscape. The priority and scope of work is determined through collaboration with other DM team members, SME's, and potentially external vendors. The focus of this position will deliver results matching expected timelines and value.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works within the DM Operations team to complete the Deploy, Sustain and Retire
• Leverages existing technical skillsets, develops new ones, or works with consultants to drive results
• Using agile methodologies to ensure Portfolio backlog is aligned, maintained and achieved throughout project cycles
• Executes solution based on strategic vision
• Recommend and implement process improvements, and technical solutions to support and streamline DM solutions

Other duties and responsibilities:

• Promote process improvement. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects, enhancements and solving problems relating to ongoing initiatives. Collaboration with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years experience or Associates degree plus 5 years experience or High School or equivalent and 7 years experience in Engineering , IT or related technical field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in technology field in one or more of the following
• Information Architecture
• Information Analysis
• Software Development Team Member
• Mobile Solutions
• Demonstrated change agility in a complex technical and cross-functional environment
• 5+ years experience in SAP/EWM to include manufacturing (including comprehensive technical knowledge of message flows)
• Experience with SAP Manufacturing master data (BOMs, Master Recipes and Production Versions)
• Experience with EWM version 9.2 and higher Manufacturing master data (PPF actions, PSA bin information and PMR/EGR data objects)
• Extensive experience in messaging troubleshooting to/from SAP/EWM and MES
• Extensive experience with Consumptions and Declarations from SAP/EWM and MES

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working in highly-collaborative large cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated experience of business requirements gathering
• Demonstrated experience of deployment and implementation of projects of small/medium size
• Demonstrated ability to influence multi-discipline teams thru collaborative change management processes with all levels of the organization
• Basic project management skills
• Basic understanding of Product Supply operations and key deliverables
• Basic understanding of advanced analytics methodologies
• Basic technical and functional understanding of all solutions in Digital landscape (Industry 4.0)
• Basic understanding of rapid IT deployment methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working within an agile/scrum team environment, preferably SAFe
• Technical understanding of Digital platforms, Data/Function Integration, and Information architecture
• Excellent Digital Research Methodologies, UX Design Methodologies
• Basic understanding of Financial justification methodoligies
• Strategic insights of industry trends

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
