The Job Squad is currently looking for a Service Scheduling Specialist to work at a company located in the Medley, FL area! This position is responsible for maintaining optimal production and performance levels through the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of repair and maintenance activities.Job Title

1. Previous planning, organizing, and scheduling workflow including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work experience highly preferred.
2. Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus.
3. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in periods of peak volume.
Responsibilities of position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Plans, schedules, and coordinates Field Service Technician production based upon site-wide field trips, priority, available work force, and other criteria.
2. Plans and prepares Shop Technician production schedule.
3. Schedules subcontractors as needed.
4. Creates POs including agreed upon pricing as needed.
5. Creates Work Orders as needed.
6. Communicates with customers and confirms schedule date.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
