Position Summary: Responsible for answering multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments on the Cerner computer system. Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, PowerChart Office in Cerner, & paging through paging software – Outlook Paging. Verification of patient insurance/demographic information, rescheduling patients for return visits.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
