At TITAN Environmental Solutions, Inc. we are currently growing very quickly and seeking a Dispatcher to handle and assist with our expansion efforts.

The position duties include but not limited to: coordinating and communicating with our Clients and Technicians to maintain the flow of the logistics, managing the schedule to meet the demands of Clients emergency calls (e.g. fire damage. This position will collaborate with the Oakland, San Diego, and the Fullerton branches.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in dispatching/scheduling technicians to residential/commercial job sites. Must know how to deal with field technicians and sending follow up emails to Clients. You must be well acquainted with the Southern California geographically. You must be able to multi-task: be on the phone and type a minimum 55 WPM

Working Hours:

Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00
