Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing and caring Scheduling Coordinator to work full-time out of our medical marijuana office located in Broadview Heights. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the medical marijuana industry and join a fast-growing company with significant potential for growth. The ideal candidate must be a friendly, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills.
*This position would become Hybrid after completing all necessary training.*
Responsibilities
- Vetting at various intervals.
- Targeted text campaigns
- Adjusting and filling the schedules for all states to ensure optimal physician days.
- Calling patients to reschedule due to overbooked time slots, lack of required items etc.
- Monitor, update, maintain, and respond to the Ohio and/or Expansion Tele Schedule Management Sheet
- Audit Intake as assigned by manager
- Assist with calling cancellations and renewal calls
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of office experience (medical office preferred)
- Outgoing and upbeat personality
- Advocate for medical marijuana in Ohio
- Medical terminology
- HIPPA Compliant
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
