Blauvelt, New York
**WORK 1:1 WITH SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS**
Horizon Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse in Blauvelt, NY.
One to One (1:1) in Classroom
- Monday through Friday
- 8am-3pm
- 4-6 week assignment
Responsibilities
- Ensure the appropriate level of clinical care based on the doctor's orders and school IEP
- Ensure the safety of the child
- Assist throughout their school day with any medical needs that may arise
- Documentation of daily activity
- Ability to assist in case of an emergency
- Work closely with other school nursing staff and Horizon case managers
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree
- LPN License in New York
- Current BLS

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
