Duties:
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the perimeter.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a security guard or relevant experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity, sharp and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Must have AZ DPS ARMED GUARD LICENSE
- Valid baton, mace, taser
- Two of three less than lethal
- Ballistic vest LVL 2 minimum concealable required
- Must have level 2 or higher holster
- Valid government issued ID card
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must have access to reliable transportation
