We are currently seeking qualified candidates to work as Security Officers. Security Officers will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees and customers as well as monitoring entrances and exits. We are seeking candidates with an eye for detail, strong communication skills and a commitment to keeping our post safe. Do NOT go to the location. Our office is at a separate location.

Also, we are lookng for On-Call Security Officers who will fill in whenever extra Officers are needed, a call-off has been received, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Be present and on the job from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday when school is in session.
• Monitor and patrol a company's property to ensure security.
• Use security systems such as closed circuit television, alarm systems, and guards to monitor the property and its perimeter.
• Maintain logs regarding personnel, vehicles, and incidents on the property.
• Report any suspicious activities or threats to safety to superiors.
• Respond to emergencies as necessary.
• Supervise other security personnel.
• Communicate effectively with other security personnel and with people on the property.
• Enforce rules and policies regarding visitors and employees.
• Arrange for cleanup of the premises.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

• Riverview, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
