A Devon Self Storage General Manager needs to be well-rounded, dependable, and self-motivated.

What Will You Do?

• Oversee and coordinate all operational transactions

• Attract and secure new tenants

• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.

• Maintain property cleanliness to attract tenants

• Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.

• Open and close store and ensure bank deposits are correct.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Enforce property rules and regulations
