What does Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) do?

SI&T integrates, verifies, and validates our products.

We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

Job Summary:

The Mission Capability Verification Center (MCVC) located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM is searching for a qualified engineering candidate to join our Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Team. The candidate will support LTAMDS and Patriot data collection and analysis for various radar level testing and mission system scenarios. The position requires working both in a remote site office environment and in the field supporting our tests. Periodic travel may be required to support Integration & Test activities in other parts of the country or overseas. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined SI&T engineers and customer teams executing our test events.

This role is ONSITE. Travel is required.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Support radar missions and missile flight test activities at WSMR and other National Test Ranges in the United States and abroad.
• Support missions to include setup, coordination, data analysis and tracking of non-tactical software load configurations.
• Interface with internal and external customers, acting as an occasional Network Administrator for computer systems.
• Adhere to and enforces security and safety policies.
• Work in remote and hazardous environments with exposure to energized equipment, radar radiation hazards, and unexploded ordnance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in technical engineering support of field operations, working with radar system software and operations.
• An active and transferable US government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Location Information:

This position is located at White Sands Missile Range. The majority of the supporting workforce live in the surrounding cities of Alamogordo, NM, Las Cruces, NM or El Paso, TX. One of the unique features of this area is being centrally located in summer to (skiing, boating) and winter (skiing, snowboarding) activities.
