ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst of North American Operations will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives and the strategic alignment across all North American Operational areas. In this role, the candidate will interface with the North American Inventory, Final Mile, Middle Mile - Distribution, and Omni Channel teams to address operational problems that impact key outcomes to the business. This role will be based out of Peloton's NYC Headquarters.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Where you'll spend your time:
- Support Continuous Improvement and strategic operational initiatives
- Construct and present data-driven analysis of operational issues that are identified anywhere within or on the periphery of the North American Operations scope
- Support Communications and content to make it presentable for the North American Operations team
- Troubleshoot and support urgent issues to ensure teams are reacting quickly and supporting our member experience to deliver the best possible experience
- Develop clear business cases and problem statements
- Ability to compose a data collection plan, gather and analyze data, and construct data-driven insights and recommendations
- Break-down processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of problems
- Support a culture of continuous improvement through the promotion of tools, concepts and principles
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects and initiatives
- Be a change agent to drive improvements
- Develop an understanding of operational systems and how information flows to ensure accuracy of data and repeatable transactions
- identify up-stream and down-stream operational problems and raise them to the appropriate resources
- Identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles and determine appropriate corrective action
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields
- 3+ years experience in operations/supply chain/logistics/e-commerce
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A Growth Mindset that is highly dependent on feedback
- Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Analytical background; comfortable in ambiguous situations
- Experience with lean / six sigma a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Base Salary: $103,200.00 to $134,200.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
