Therapy Matters, Inc. is seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy division.

We are a therapy provider that integrates speech, occupational and applied behavior analysis services (ABA). This full-time BCBA position will be responsible for providing high quality supervision to Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Analysis Trainees (BATs) who provide ABA services to clinic and in-home clients. You must have experience conducting skills and behavior assessments, developing treatment plans and goals, training parents and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).You will provide supervision to RBTs and BATs in accordance with the requirements of the BACB. You must be familiar with Behavioral Skills Training, providing quality feedback to staff, and demonstrate competency in necessary behavior analytic terminology and skills.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for providing high-quality services and BCBA supervision. We are looking for applicants with a desire to grow into a leadership position. Additional work time will be spent assisting in the clinic with training, and other behavior analytic projects.

Pay range:

$75,000-95,000/year depending on experience.

Locations:

Chandler, AZ--Requires some travel to meet client and staff needs.

Qualifications for BCBAs:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (Required)
• Current state license for Arizona (LBA) (Required)
• ABA Supervision Experience: 1 year (preferred)
• BACB Supervisor Eligibility (Required)
• Master's Degree in a Related Field (Required)

• Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
