SENIOR CASE DESIGN SPECIALIST, LIFE INSURANCE
As a Senior Case Design Specialist (emphasis on life insurance), you will be accountable for delivering support to financial advisors as they work to provide insurance solutions to their clients. While this role primarily interacts with life insurance day-to-day, strong candidates will have a solid understanding of the broader financial services industry. Your primary responsibilities will include: providing customized life insurance illustrations to financial advisors, guiding advisors on field underwriting questions, answering product-related questions and helping to provide thoughtful client solutions to Signal's financial advisors.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
- Curate the best possible life insurance product solutions for client needs based on details provided by advisors/producers
- Guide producers through the field underwriting process to ensure accurate expectations are set with applicants
- Develop relationships with holistic financial professionals, serving as a subject matter resource for life insurance products and how they contribute to the success of a broader financial plan
- Influence the external and internal evolution of Signal's life insurance case design services and technology platform, as we iterate continuous improvements in customer experience

MUST HAVES
- Four (or more) years of experience working in a brokerage life insurance role at an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO), Brokerage General Agency (BGA) or similar organization
- Proficient in use of insurance carrier illustration software; additional proficiency in WinFlex and Ensight is strongly preferred
- Strong current understanding of current insurance product competitive landscape, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Asset-Based Long Term Care (AB-LTC), whole life, middle market and transactional products

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
