Job Description


Opportunity at a Glance
The position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, performance tuning, and capacity management for all organizational systems as directed by management and senior staff. This position will provide 2nd level support and mentoring for Associate Systems Engineers and support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and inactivation of access.
  • Designs, installs, configure supports, optimize and administer identity management platforms.
  • Participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.
  • Collaborate in the design, development and implementation of IAM technologies.
  • Communicates with vendors to obtain configurations and best practice recommendations.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves help desk tickets as assigned.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities for after hours support, as required.
  • Attends vendor training/conferences and presentations for continuing skills development.
  • Trains and mentors team members and other Adtalem Global Education technical resources, as necessary.
  • Occasional travel to a variety of Adtalem Global Education locations
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
  • Significant IAM experience: Azure, Active Directory, Sailpoint, Savient, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, etc
  • Bachelor's Degree BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Networking, Required or
  • related field, Required or
  • equivalent industry experience Required
  • Experience in Identity Management, access management, provisioning automation processes
  • 6 years of progressive relevant industry experience Required.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a variety of institutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Desire to grow knowledge and skill set through on-the-job training, formal classroom training, and independent research

Additional Information


In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $82364.67 and $149076.17. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
