As an Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will bridge the gap between business and development and develop robust analytics, optimization, and personalization solutions for our guests. You will Translate business goals into KPIs and metrics and work closely with development & QA to design systems with those metrics that are collected accurately for our stakeholders. You will represent analytics and the importance of data to the success of the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities, you will be...
- Implementing tagging across a variety of digital properties to ensure proper data collection while keeping site performant
- Collaborating with various technology and business stakeholders
- Providing expertise to various groups with differing levels of analytics acumen
- Working closely with developers to ensure analytics code follows best practices
- Working with development teams to ensure tracking is in place for new features
- Maintaining and building tagging and data structures across digital properties utilizing data layers
- Supporting and developing processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA and reporting
- Supporting A/B testing and optimization
- Working with the development and legal teams to ensure our properties are compliant with privacy legislation such as CPRA and GDPR
- Supporting an ongoing roadmap of analytics improvements
- Partnering with quality assurance to ensure data integrity
- Partnering with site reliability engineers to optimize tagging performance
Your Technical Experience and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Launch or other tagging systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium
- Experience with Adobe Analytics implementations across Web, mobile and apps
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams like product managers, technology teams and marketing partners
- Experience in implementing third-party vendors like Facebook, Google, Twitter and similar
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Front End Development skills: JavaScript, HTML
- Debug tracking using tools such as Charles, ObservePoint and developer console to diagnose and solve issues

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $89,248.65 - $185,356.41 per year
