We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Senior Manager, Store Labor Efficiencies - Modesto, CA
The Senior Manager manages the maintenance and updating of labor processes to include the following systems Quetech, Axsium OPUS tools, Kronos and Adaptive scheduling software, and workflow optimization tools. The position will provide well thought-out and fact-based metrics and tools to manage store labor effectively and efficiently.
The Senior Manager collaborates with Retail Operations, Merchandising and Labor Relations to execute company labor strategies and ensure alignment with cost effective deployment of labor resources. This position collaborates directly with HRIS to ensure alignment with Kronos and Payroll data flow and processing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Lead Store Work Efficiencies Work Stream by collaborating with Banner management to establish strategies to match labor resources with Banner service and condition expectations through the OPUS process.

Supervise the OPUS and Adaptive budgeting process through the Labor Efficiencies team, Banner Vice Presidents, and Banner Directors of Store Operations (DSO’s) to ensure shifts align to expectations and are captured and institutionalized.

Manage the Labor Efficiency team to ensure execution of labor schedules utilizing engineered labor standards, OPUS processes, Kronos scheduling software, and best methods.

Manage the efficient capture of Continuous Improvement ideas, proper vetting with appropriate teams, project development, implementation, and ultimately integration into best practices.

Train and mentor Store Operations and Store Managers on Labor Scheduling technology execution, workflow optimization, and best methods.

Collaborate with Banner Operations to support stores in the management of store labor budgets, store scheduling and provide metrics in the supporting of store labor management.

Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to ensure best methods support the company brand promise, and service expectations.

Maintain Store Labor Models to ensure the labor needs support company programs and service expectations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Hiring pay range: $104,768.00 - 137,508.00

Strong knowledge of store management processes and procedures.

Knowledge of scheduling software and strategic planning.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with multiple deadlines.

Comprehension of engineered labor standards and their development.
