Senior Marketing Manager, EGFR Lung Cancer Marketing

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the coordinated implementation of the promotional brand plans across the EGFR Lung Cancer Franchise, including responsibility across our Early and Late stage EGFRm NSCLC business. Key areas of focus for this role include ownership of strategic development and tactical execution of GPO, Congress and MDT workstreams.
This position will report directly into the Director, Early-Stage EGFR Lung Cancer Marketing, and will work closely with the broader marketing team across the EGFR Lung Cancer franchise. The role will require effective collaboration with the Sales, Insights & Analytics, Global Commercial Ops, Field Marketing, Access, and Diagnostics teams and will play a meaningful role in the execution of our marketing plan across indications and in partnership with the IO franchise.
This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for our US Oncology business, as well as the US Commercial Center for multiple Therapeutic Areas of our Global Product and Portfolio Strategy businesses.
Key Accountabilities
Lead creation and delivery of GPO, Congress and MDT strategy and tactics. This includes building alliances with internal partners including other brand team members, business insights, market access, and medical to help with cross-functional planning and to ensure a strong, evidence-based approach to support the delivery of materials.
Establish critical metrics and analytic plans.
Participate in the annual operational planning process by crafting the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand’s stated objectives
Lead partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets
Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant field
5+ years of validated experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with proficiency in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, or planning
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Oncology experience preferred
