About the Team:


You will be joining our team of talented Agile (SAFe) Product Managers focused on building out
Exact’s embedded payments services in the US and Canada markets in the near term, and
subsequently expanding to global markets. As a product manager, you will own a portion of
the platform and be responsible for its delivery and direction. You will be expected to work
with the various organizations within the company to set direction, and partner with a
dedicated development team to execute to that direction.


Position Responsibilities:


The primary role of the Product Manager is to be the link between the Business, Product and
Development teams. Main responsibilities include:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define a feasible and compelling product vision
  • Prioritize, conceptualize, and write product requirements
  • Train and evangelize marketing, services, and delivery teams
  • Communicate progress against product roadmap throughout the organization
  • Coordinate high-quality, predictable product releases
  • Refine product vision based on working team, end user feedback, as well as internal and
    external thought leaders
  • Track product effectiveness
  • Continually work toward a sustained and tangible value proposition
  • Ensure market messaging corresponds with product functionality
  • Work with Development to help break down requirements
  • Prioritize product deliverables within a sprint and PI while managing cross functional dependencies
  • Support the development team in understanding the payments industry

Position Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ knowledge of FinTech and Payment Processing industry
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience working as a product marketing manager or product
    manager
  • Demonstrated experience of successful definition product requirements
  • Demonstrated experience of launching products into market
  • Articulate communicator; present product demos to large audiences
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Experience with the Agile process (experience of SAFe is preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to development teams
  • Requirements gathering and analysis skills

Bachelor’s Degree
Understanding of Services (i.e. AWS)
