EDUCATION

BA/BS, ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.

OR,

15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, five of which must be in the DoD.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Senior

Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline. Will demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Minimum of 10 years of expereince based on the educational requiements listed above.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Contractor shall have detailed and recent knowledge of all current F-15 activities at both RAFB and WPAFB, including FMS programs since the F-15EX design will be based on the F-15QA configuration.
• The Contractor shall advise Government PM on F-15EX sustainment strategy.
• The Contractor shall coordinate sustainment planning activities at RAFB.
• The Contractor shall assist with drafting sustainment-related sections in SOW.
• he Contractor shall assist with drafting sustainment-related Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
• The Contractor shall assist with technical evaluation of the prime weapon system contractor and subcontractor proposal; continue to advise and assist Government PM after Undefinitized Contract Award (UCA) and contract definitization to provide continuity throughout the program life-cycle.
