Duties/ Responsibilities
- Develops a Product Roadmap based on customer requirements and designs
- Provides expert-level ServiceNow design and implementation support and assists with ServiceNow platform governance to advance ServiceNow capabilities and enable optimal configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow extensions
- Identifies ServiceNow improvements that enable increased automation, use of AI/ML, and end-user self-help
- Identifies and implements improvements related to ServiceNow workflows, low-code/no-code applications, user experience, and integrations with other IT management platforms
- Utilizes ServiceNow best practices
- Engages with stakeholders to vet potential ServiceNow improvements
- Manages scheduled jobs and reports
- Contributor as part of an IT center of excellence, including supporting proposal activities and other projects as needed
Required Skills
- Intensive and progressive experience with establishing information requirements for enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems, databases, and/or networks.
- Extensive experience designing architectures that include software, hardware, and communications solutions to support the total requirements
- Ability to provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, organize and structure work
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum practices and in Agile/Scrum development teams
- Experience using JIRA
- Proficiency in MS Suite
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications a plus
- Agile certifications a plus
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certificate from the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP), or similar certification

135k - 155k
