What will the Senior Staff Accountant do?
- Preparation and reporting of monthly financials
- Review & ensure revenue & expenses are properly stated
- Maintain & reconcile fixed asset schedules
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts
- Review and preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly accruals
- Maintain and prepare daily deposits and payments via check and wire transfer
- Prepare, discuss and produce budgets when required
What is needed from the Senior Staff Accountant?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel
- Bachelor's Degree - Accounting
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Experience in the yachting industry (preferred)
- Acumatica or similar ERP systems
- Excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail and deadlines
