Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Staffing Integrator Fulfillment Analyst to join the Tooling Skill Team based out of Renton, WA or Everett, WA.
Responsible for Program staffing forecasts to ensure the success of staffing plans. Works directly with Program leadership and Skill Team Captains to ensure staffing requirements are communicated. Improves the coordination across Puget Sound BCA Programs enhancing the staffing capability and ensuring the right people in the right place at the right time.
Coordinate and Facilitate incoming employees
Track employees through hiring process
Communicate and execute program needs
Support Hiring Events
Interview candidates
Communicate Interview/Staffing Results
Establish regular staffing reviews with Program Leadership
Support Direct Hiring Team Conduct Interviews
Support Direct Hiring Team with Resume Reviews
Developing standard staffing processes
Ensuring transparency for the programs workforce requirements
Integrating workforce allocation efforts through the skill teams
Facilitate and communicate program staffing movement
Submit requisition requests based off program staffing trends and data
Help with Loan-in/out as appropriate
Assist with GEO movement and stay in close contact with appropriate manager to ensure clear communication
Follow employee movement guidelines
Educate program personnel on staffing and employment processes
Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Analyzes and interprets data.
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
Works under minimal direction.
This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Renton, WA or Everett, WA

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working in a team-based environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
5+ years of experience interfacing with senior leadership
3+ experience with Tableau, Sharepoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Staffing Integration Planning
Experience using Adaptive Planning and BERT
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
