The small but mighty talent team at Liaison serves to further our mission by building our employment brand and bringing strong talent into the organization. You will own full cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing offers with a focus on technical talent. You bring your strong interpersonal skills to partner with hiring managers and the broader human resources team as well as your ability to market Liaison to potential employees.

You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting talent acquisition projects, such as rebuilding career pages, social media campaigns, diversity campaigns, and being part of a team that is growing our employment brand in the market.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong collaborator, and a strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and brings their sense of humor.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
  • Analyze research and understand the requirements to identify qualified talent
  • Help hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions
  • Search for candidates on portals, search engines, using active and passive techniques like cold calling and social media tools to identify candidates
  • Communicate at all levels to inform the staffing and HR teams, and management about a candidate search status Identify areas for improvement with the organization and staffing
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g., Boolean, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Sound business judgment and common sense to approach obstacles and solve problems during candidate searches
  • Experience balancing the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search

Essential Requirements

  • 7+ years talent acquisition experience (SaaS preferred, knowledge of EdTech space a plus)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of full cycle recruiting
  • Project management skills a plus
