Overview:
This position works collaboratively in a team environment (sales, engineering, manufacturing, product management) in identifying, implementing and supporting software and process improvements to the Consumer Packaging Division, reporting to the Director of Project Management
Primary responsibilities focus on the support of sales performance (Varicent), business project management (Planview, Project Place, MS Project), process improvement (Microsoft Power Platform), and other applications, to support successful execution in the Lead to Order process. This position also has responsibilities for developing SQL, MS Power BI, and Tableau reports as required to provide analytics to the users within the division. Responsibilities:

- Ability to identify complex problems or solutions, formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternatives and their implications, then implement best path forward
- Uses extensive knowledge of developing web and service applications, such as SharePoint, Planview, Sales CRM.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (particularly the MS T-SQL variant) as means of querying databases pursuing report development, including working knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools: Dataverse, Power Apps, AI Builder, and other tools in the suite of applications.
- Knowledge of robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
- Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively
- Ensures proper controls, practices, and version-controlled documentation are in place and commonly accessible to support the systems that assure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
- Collaborates with divisional stakeholders to gain alignment on creation of common metrics using system data to gauge compliance with use of the tools and the accuracy of the Lead to Order systems.
- Maintains current, accurate, updated training and reference materials for systems to enable successful training for new project resources in the innovation processes and the tools available to them to perform their team responsibilities.
- Resolves system issues, maintains a log of issues, the priority, and resolution status.
- Trains subject matter experts on the Lead to Order systems and equips them to train others.
- Develop and maintain effective professional working relationships with Corporate & Divisional management and support staffs, Information Management, and respective vendors to drive change and where required to resolve issues outside the boundaries of the position.
- Coordinates upgrades to systems, installation of additional/new modules, and ensures that software changes are tested and validated prior to implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in an information management, business field, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience working in these areas required.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining an Enterprise Server environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret causes of data inaccuracy and, through effective problem solving, suggest and implement corrective action.
- Strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals is a plus.
- Experience in basic programming logic and various query languages, including SQL, Python, MS Power Platform, etc
- Experience in report authoring utilizing technologies such as COGNOS, SQL, Visual Basic and Tableau
- Experience in mentoring users at the one-on-one level, as well as a group/class room setting
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership skills. The successful candidate must work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, such as Office Suite, Project, Power BI.
