The Senior UX/UI Designer will create innovative UI/UX designs to support both digital modernization and legacy initiatives associated with a variety of health care applications. Specifically:

• Analyze business problems, creating solutions to eliminate customer pain points as well as the ability to develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Work with senior-level systems and software architects, engineers, and developers to gather requirements, develop and build enterprise web applications based on business needs with robust testing and documentation within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• A Bahelor’s degree.
• 5+ years' experience in the knowledge and adoption of UX industry best practices including user-centered design to support user-facing applications.
• 3+ years' experience as a visual designer, interaction designer, experience designer or a similar role.
• Ability to establish and champion UX design vision, standards, and best practices to peers and program leaders that align with program goals.
• Possess familiarity with modern technology web frameworks (i.e., - React, Angular, JQuery, Vue.js, Node.js, or Spring) and low/no-code platforms (i.e., - Salesforce, etc.).
