Fabel Repair & Collision Center is one of the largest independent heavy duty truck repair centers in Northeastern Wisconsin and continues to expand and grow. We have operated as a Family owned full-service repair and collision shop since opening our doors in 1991 and opened our second location in Waupaca in 2011. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively communicate with technicians
• Be able to explain to customers diagnostic processes and articulate how various heavy duty truck and/or RV systems work
• Perform excellent customer relationships and communication skills
• Oversee shop and technicians- will not be on floor
• Play a leading role in implementing and promoting work place safety and professionalism
• Demonstrate positive work attitude in a team atmosphere
• May perform other duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform estimates
• Assist in managing a daily schedule and meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Have the ability to problem solve under pressure and think outside of the box

QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Essential Work Experience):

• Grade 12 graduate
• Valid driver's license- CDL is desired but not required
• Knowledge and experience in heavy duty trucks
• Experience with shop safety and safe shop work practices
• Computer keyboarding skills and basic understanding of computers
• Proven Organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
