SharePoint Online Practice Head
Location: East Brunswick New Jersey -Work from office
We are looking for an O365 SharePoint Practice Head with 10+ years of experience in IT and at least 5+ years in SharePoint with at least 2+ of those coming from SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow a SharePoint Online practice
- Interview and hire SharePoint Online talent onshore and offshore
- Create a stable delivery organization that can handle a variety of client projects across several different industries
- Learn latest and greatest patterns and practices with SharePoint Online development and design a strategy to handle new project requests
- Develop a SharePoint center of excellence and ensure best practices and learned insights are being recommended across all accounts
- Work to help create effort estimations and gather new opportunities for future growth
- Leverage Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate where appropriate and have resources to handle
- Willingness to be hands on at times
Skills
- Minimum 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5+ years in SharePoint with at least 2+ of those coming from SharePoint Online
- Experienced with Onsite - Offshore Team Delivery Model
- Demonstrated ability to lead on SharePoint projects
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
