Our Manufacturing Lead, Balloons, is responsible for the successful execution of the operating plan and is well informed of the policies and expectations of the company. How YOU will make an impact everyday:

  • Responsible for the execution plan

  • Can run the execution plan independently for a defined period of time

  • Collection, monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  • Value improvement Projects (VIPs)

  • Training (new hires, general training, etc.)

  • Foster a positive team environment with high emphasis on employee development, motivation and team cohesion.

  • Assists supervisor with tactical plans and strategies that drive leadership level performance

  • Communicate effectively with co-workers

  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills for YOU to succeed as a Manufacturing Lead in our Balloon Dept.:

  • Interpersonal skills (coaching, mentoring, leading, managing, communication)

  • Lead with operational focus in an area of functional expertise

  • Sound decision making ability with little or no direction

  • Able to identify areas of waste and lead CI activities

  • Some mathematical ability (statistics and simple calculations)

  • High enthusiasm and motivation to drive department to meet goals

  • Fosters an environment with emphasis on GMPs within our QMS system

  • Flexibility involving the willingness to accept/adapt to change individually and company/managerially

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years experience in medical grade manufacturing preferred or equivalent experience

  • Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulations and high level of understanding and compliance with Cleanroom Environment, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices preferred.

  • Demonstrated pull beyond role.
