Shipping and Receiving Associate

Climax Metal Products, a Division of RBC Bearings, is looking for an employee to join our shipping team to assist with the packaging and shipping of product to meet customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• 1st Shift
• Pull stock and prepare outbound domestic and international shipments according to shipping or customer specific instructions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with a high degree of accuracy
• Comply with safety, security, and shop requirements
• Ensures that fill-rate and error-free shipping objectives are met
• Maintain neat and orderly layout and arrangement for stock locations
• Assist with inventory accuracy through planned physical and cycle counts
• Other duties as assigned

ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Customer focused and team-oriented
• Excellent attendance record
• Basic understanding of computer software is required
• Strong organizational skills, including time-management
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

A pre-employment background-check and drug screen is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
