General Responsibilities:

The Retail Associate will be responsible for assisting the Retail Manager with organizing and supporting all of the daily activities for the retail outlet; assist with inventory, assist with merchandizing of the store and replenishment of products on shelves; maintain a strong service philosophy to welcome and service our guests and ensure daily cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.

Essential Functions:

· Be available to work a flexible schedule as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations.

· Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the retail store.

· Works to ensure high scores for customer service, cleanliness and adherence to all Marriott Autograph and Shaner Hotels standards.

· Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day; promote positive guest relations at all times.

· Manage guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Complete all other duties as assigned.
