Job description
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Ski and Snowboard Instructors to instruct Sugar Bowl guests of all ages and abilities to ski in a safe and fun way. Be able to show heart-felt desire for our guests to experience sound instruction from the use of positive skills and sound technical techniques. Be available for work on most weekends and all the holiday periods. Certification is desired; however we will train employees for their job requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Creative, innovative and able to manage groups of guests in an organized and safe manner
- Must be a strong intermediate skier ability to apply
- Have the desired skills to connect and communicate with families and their children
- Ability to foster good working relationships with other departments
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Work in all types of weather conditions
- Possess outstanding communication skills to deal with a variety of people from the general public, other departments, homeowners, and children
- Possess the desire and ability to continue to develop in the mountain resorts industry both personally and professionally
- Be available and signed in by 8:30 on a scheduled workday. You could be assigned by 8:00 – this means dressed and equipment ready to go
- Locker room upkeep and snow shoveling as necessary
- Work for resort departments as needed
