Skyhawks Sports Academy is currently seeking enthusiastic soccer coaches to join our team for Summer 2023. Our program is designed to help children aged 4-12 develop their sports skills in a fun and engaging environment. As acoach, you will play a vital role in helping our young campers develop a strong foundationwhile fostering teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fun and challenging soccer activities for children aged 4-12
• Teach basic soccer skills and techniques, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
• Provide a safe and positive environment for all campers
• Foster a love for soccer and encourage teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with campers and their families
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Passionate about working with children aged 4-12
• Previous experience coaching soccer, preferably with children of varying ages and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
