JOB DESCRIPTION
Alameda County is seeking a Social Media/Marketing consultant who will:
- Conduct a review of AC's current recruitment marketing strategies.
- Create a vibrant & effective marketing campaign, including recommendations for new recruitment outreach & advertising opportunities, attracting the current workforce, and how to best highlight the benefits of working for AC.
- Develop materials that AC can incorporate on its website and social media posts.
- Collaborate with AC's Recruitment Marketing Advisory Committee to bring it to fruition!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of recent experience in this field, with a track record of successful outcomes. (experience that includes recruitment/government/public sector is preferred)
