Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Remote Social Media Strategist on behalf of our client, a remarkable nonprofit organization located in Massachusetts.

What you will be doing:

• Collecting and analyzing social media metrics to inform marketing strategies.
• Developing and pitching content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Building plans to leverage influencer relationships to expand the organization’s audience.
• Scheduling content on various social channels including Sprout Social.
• Writing engaging social media content, video scripts, graphics direction, and landing page copy.

What you will need:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a social media strategist
• Strong TikTok, and Instagram Reels experience (experience using Sprout Social is a huge plus!)
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and problem-solving abilities.
