HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy tactical, modeling, simulation and training software.
• Work closely with engineers, managers, and critical stakeholders to understand system and usability requirements.
• Perform requirements assessments and requirements decomposition.
• Provide software and code reviews.
• Provide Software Engineering technical support.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years experience in software development utilizing C/C++, Java, Python.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Desired:

• Practical experience with Continuous Integration Tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with Git Version control software.
• Experience with permission management, project development and migration, and troubleshooting issues.
• Familiarity with AGILE development methodology.
• Familiarity with DOD software development processes.
