As a full-time Field Marketing District Manager you’ll be trained in management skills and strategic planning.

Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Territory assignment and management
• Monitoring trends in field
• Maintaining a positive, optimistic, culture regardless of circumstance
• Develop other leaders
• Run office meetings
• Help train in field

Desired Experience and Qualifications for Field Marketing District Manager:

• Door-to-door experience required
• Must have experience leading a sales or marketing team
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Proven track record setting and achieving goals
• Must be flexible working evening hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Must have cell phone with data and internet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
