Capex Oilfield Services is a privately owned company providing rental equipment, service and support to the energy industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Solids Control Supervisor. The ideal candidate will serve as a role model to the solids Control Division and be responsible for training, supervising, and providing general direction to the solids control division team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience working with centrifuges, who is looking for an opportunity to grow within a progressive organization.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Training, mentoring, and supporting in the development of solids control personnel
• Leading and supervising projects; participating in site set-up(s) and planning meetings
• Servicing, repairing and operating centrifuges in the field; rigging up equipment to customer specifications
• Following up on services and on-site work both in person and on the phone to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures
• Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing any items found to be deficient; ensuring defects or issues are resolved within a timely and professional manner
• Responding to field inquiries and concerns from solids control technicians in a timely and direct manner
• Working closely with branch manager and solids control coordinator to improve processes, procedures, and training of personnel as it relates to Capex’s solids control division
• Serving our customers; this includes and is not limited to providing responsive, professional service and dealing effectively with all concerns and requests
• Completing work orders and service sheets as per company guidelines
• Reporting any deficiencies, additional support requirements and/or process additions or changes
• Engaging and building relationships with clients, employees, and industry partners
• Leading by example and adhering to all company and customer safety policies and procedures at all times
