Harvey's has an opening for a Sous Chef
We are looking for someone with a passion with all things hospitality. Previous experience of management and working on the line necessary.
A Sous Chef at Harvey's needs to be able to:
Order all Food and N/A Beverage Needs
Quality Control Food
Organize The kitchen
Oversee operations when the Chef is not available
Bring Creative Ideas to new menu and specials
We are looking for someone to work around 50-55 hours per week, Guaranteed 2 days off per week.
