More specifically, our fabulous Spa Attendant:
Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every dayIs a master of the tools and products necessary to provide The Woodhouse the freshest laundry in the spa industryManeuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting used laundry without distracting guests or team membersMaintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated placesHas a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotlessResponsible for "Quiet" Room sweeps to pick up all dishes and misc. itemsRestocks all snacks and maintains all levels of comfort for our guestsClean women's and men's locker room and ensure proper sanitation of showers and restroomsPerforms a deep clean of laundry/break room and changing lounges once a weekIs the sanitation police and ensures all areas – especially damp and moist areas – are treated with extra careGreets each and every guest with a smile and a warm welcomeKeeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sinkIs a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standardsTakes pride in his/her work ensuring each guest has only the best experienceCommunicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
