SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)


Speech Tactics is Charlotte's premier Bilingual Pediatric Therapy Clinic. We are seeking a compassionate speech language pathologist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals in serving children and families in our community. This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children of all ages with developmental delays or impairments in the areas that impact speech, language, feeding/swallowing, sensory systems, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor, and cognition. Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of speech therapists and occupational therapists. We offer clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility, as well as daycare and school-based services. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • This is a Supervising SLP role; at least 5 years of experience needed
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting and/or tele-therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
  • Develop home programs and coordinate parent education for a pediatric population (0-18)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings
  • Supervision of up to 2 SLP-Assistants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP

1. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
2. State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
3. At least (5) years of pediatric experience
4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
5. Excellent Communication skills

Fluency in Spanish and English is a PLUS.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License, NC/National Background check , Reference Checks
