Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 23/24 school year. In this full-time position, you will work with 35-40 children on your caseload at one site. This position will be middle-school only or elementary-only depending on internal shifting.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals and objectives
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
Develop and implement therapy programs targeting individual needs of each student
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective delivery of services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state license as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
Prior experience working with children with mixed exceptionalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and community members
