Job Summary
Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor with line responsibility to department coordinators, provides speech pathology services. Responsible to the patient and family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect care delivered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology required.
- Experience
- One year of experience as a Speech Pathologist strongly preferred.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- Current licensure to practice speech therapy in Massachusetts required.
- C.C.C. by the American Speech, Hearing & Language Association required.
- BLS Healthcare provider required.
- Skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public both in person and on the phone.
- Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent needs.
- Committed to Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Computer skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
