Physical Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking, Sports Physical Therapist who would welcome an opportunity to assist in growing a practice and excels at patient assessment and devising creative and effective treatment plans. We operate a high-energy, positive-thinking environment focusing on 1:1 care. We specialize in sports/orthopedic care with specialties to include SFMA, dry needling and numerous manual certifications to help treat Wilmington’s active population.

What will you do?

• Provide the most effective evidence-based care to patients through clinically superior physical therapy treatments, evaluation and related services as established by state law
• Ensure clinic maintains a welcoming atmosphere for patients and professionals
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients, colleagues, physicians/referral sources
• Tailor treatment plans to each individual; listen to their goals and aspirations to create a plan that works for them reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery
• Actively further your goals, continuing education and career path

• Extensive education in the field of physical therapy as well as clinical experience
• A thorough knowledge of current treatment practices

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of decision making judgement
• Valid Physical Therapy License
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but will entertain all applicants that feel qualified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,843.97 - $99,441.44 per year
