The
Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for preparing financial statements with related footnotes and supporting schedules, implementation of new accounting pronouncements, research and documentation for accounting special projects, and assistance with GAAP compliance enterprise wide.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business combination accounting and coordination
- External audit coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred)
- Minimum five to seven years professional accounting experience including public accounting experience
- Experience with general ledger accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel (Essbase experience a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates.
- Ability to be flexible/adaptable, work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and meet deadlines within given time frames and with multiple priorities.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Effective team player with strong initiative and work ethic.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
- Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in office.
